Please business owners - if you are going to advertise an email address for contact on
your website or business cards - gone are the days when you can check your emails once per week - I love communicating via email, and at the moment I am waiting on 2 people to get back to me, with regards to products that they are trying to sell to me.
It really puts a bad taste in your mouth when you have to wait days on end to hear back from a business, and when they finally do return your calls, you don't want to conduct business with them anymore.
So please, check your emails every day at least - and get more business!
